Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, plan downgrades, and refund requests are handled for paid Invota services on invota.vettigroup.in.

Last updated: April 4, 2026 Support: help@vettigroup.in
Because Invota is a software service with digital feature activation, refunds are reviewed case by case. Please contact support before raising a payment dispute so we can help quickly.

1. Cancellation

You may request cancellation of a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals or future paid access cycles, but does not automatically create a refund for time already used or services already activated.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered when:

  • You were charged incorrectly due to a duplicate transaction.
  • You were billed after a cancellation confirmed by support.
  • The paid feature was not activated and support could not resolve the issue within a reasonable time.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available for partial usage, change of mind, lack of usage after activation, or issues caused by third-party device, browser, network, or account configuration problems that are outside our reasonable control.

4. Request Window

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date with your purchase details, payment proof, registered email, and issue description.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the original payment method and banking timelines.

6. Support First

Most activation or billing issues can be fixed quickly. Before raising a chargeback, please email support so we can verify your purchase and attempt a resolution.

7. Contact for Refund Requests

Email your request to help@vettigroup.in with the subject line Refund Request - Invota.
