These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Invota, including free and paid features offered through invota.vettigroup.in.

Last updated: April 4, 2026 Support: help@vettigroup.in
By accessing or using Invota, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service Description

Invota provides invoice creation, client management, reporting, business automation, reminders, AI-assisted features, and related business tools. Certain features may be available only under a paid plan.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account or device. You must ensure that login credentials, account access, and exported backups remain secure.

3. Free and Paid Plans

Invota may offer both free and paid features. Paid tools, including reminders, advanced automation, or premium functionality, are activated only after successful purchase or manual plan activation by the service provider.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You must not use Invota for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity.
  • You must not upload harmful code, interfere with the platform, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of invoices, tax details, customer data, and payment links added by you.

5. Billing and Taxes

You are responsible for reviewing invoice accuracy, tax treatment, GST compliance, payment links, and all business documents generated through the app. Invota provides tools but does not act as your accountant, tax advisor, or legal representative.

6. Intellectual Property

Invota, including its design, branding, software logic, workflows, and materials, is owned by its operator or licensors. You may use the service for your own business operations but may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform without permission.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features may change, improve, be discontinued, or become temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or third-party outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invota is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, including data loss, business interruption, missed reminders, or invoice errors that were not reviewed by you.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that the service is being misused, if payments are disputed without resolution, or if continued access creates legal, technical, or security risks.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Invota after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
